实验制备了纳米金/碳纳米管/Nafion膜修饰电极。研究了在修饰电极上硝基苯酚的电化学特性。实验采用循环伏安法研究硝基苯酚的电化学行为,研究发现在醋酸盐缓冲溶液pH值为4.80(0.2 mol/L HAc-0.2 mol/L NaAc )底液中,硝基苯酚的浓度与峰电流值在2.5×10-7~1.8×10-5 mol/L范围呈现良好的线性关系,最低检测限5×10-8 mol/L。用此电极对实际样品中硝基苯酚的含量进行了测定。

The glassy carbon electrode was modified by gold nanoparticles /carbon nanotubes and nafion.The electrochemical characteristics of nitrophenol on modified electrode were studied.CV was used to study the electrochemical behavior of nitrophenol and the content of nitrophenol in samples was determined.The results showed that in the acetic acid buffer solution ( pH =4.8 ) , the concentration of Nitrophenl within 2.5 ×10 -7 ~1.8 ×10 -5 mol/L presented a good linear relationship with the stripping peak current , and the detection limit was 5 ×10 -8 mol/L with good effect.
