介绍了用X-射线荧光光谱法分析连铸保护渣中TFe, SiO2, Al2 O3, CaO, MgO成分含量的方法。试样经灼烧预处理后,熔融制成玻璃片。确立了熔融条件:稀释比1砄15,熔融温度1100℃,熔融时间15 min。工作曲线上各成分含量值用灼烧减量值进行换算。方法的准确度及精密度良好。

The method for the determination of 5 components of TFe, SiO2, Al2O3, CaO, and MgO in continuous casting mold powder by X-ray fluorescent spectrometry was presented.After ignition, the sample was made to be a glass sheet during melting in 1 100 ℃for 15 min.The value of each element in the working curve should be conversed by the loss of ignition.Results showed that this method was of high accuracy and reliability.
