采用差示扫描量热法( DSC)研究了用丙烯酸酯单体( acrylate monomer )改性环氧树脂( EP)与脂肪胺固化的反应机理、性能与应用。结果显示,选用具有合适分子结构的丙烯酸单体并且用量达到环氧胶黏剂中树脂比例的20%时,不仅能显著降低环氧树脂胶黏剂的粘度而且能提高固化物的搭接强度和玻璃化转变温度( Tg)。
採用差示掃描量熱法( DSC)研究瞭用丙烯痠酯單體( acrylate monomer )改性環氧樹脂( EP)與脂肪胺固化的反應機理、性能與應用。結果顯示,選用具有閤適分子結構的丙烯痠單體併且用量達到環氧膠黏劑中樹脂比例的20%時,不僅能顯著降低環氧樹脂膠黏劑的粘度而且能提高固化物的搭接彊度和玻璃化轉變溫度( Tg)。

The reaction mechanism , performance and application of aliphatic amine curing acrylic monomer modified epoxy resin by means of differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC) was studied.The results showed lap shear strength , Tg and degrade temperature were influenced by the molecular structure of acrylic monomer and the amounts of the modifiers.With addition of 20%(ω) acrylic monomers based on the amount of the epoxy adhesive ( acrylic monomer:epoxy resin =20:80 ) not only can greatly reduce the viscosity , but also can significantly improve the lap shear strength and raise the glass transition temperature ( Tg).
