Pervaporation , as a kind of energy saving , low energy consumption , a new type of membrane separation technology , green environmental protection got increasingly wide attention and researched world widely.The basic principle of pervaporation membrane technology , process flow and mass transfer model was briefly described , as well as the factors affecting separation effect and characteristics.The pervaporation technology in organic solvent dehydration , the water removal of organic matter , organic/organic separation as well as industrial application situation of chemical reaction were analyzed , and carried out economic analysis , and finally the application prospect of this technology was prospected.
