随着电力系统敏感设备的不断增加及用户对电能质量要求的提高,电压跌落的抑制问题成为电力系统研究的一项重要内容。传统方法应用静止同步补偿器( STATCOM)抑制电压跌落,文章在此基础上提出了新的观点。首先,基于改进故障点法,结合STATCOM的补偿原理,对电网各节点电压跌落频次进行了评估。进而,分析STATCOM对抑制电网其它节点电压跌落的影响,提出STATCOM的分布式配置方案。最后,结合敏感负荷节点的电压跌落经济性评估,提出了配电网中STATCOM的优化配置概念。通过IEEE-30节点标准测试系统,分析验证了文章所提出的理论。

With the increase of power-sensitive equipment and requirement on power quality,the voltage sag prob-lem has become an important part of power system research. While traditional methods apply STATCOM to the inhibi-tion of voltage sag,this paper proposes a new perspective. First,based on the improved fault point method and com-bined with the compensation principle of STATCOM,the grid voltage sag frequency of each bus is evaluated. Then the impact of STATCOM on the inhibition of grid voltage sag of other buses is analyzed,and the STATCOM distributed configuration is proposed. Finally,based on economic assessment of voltage sag of sensitive loads,the concept of opti-mal allocation for STATCOMs in distribution network is presented. The proposed theory is verified by standard IEEE-30 bus test system.
