创建绿色建筑是保护地球生态环境的重要手段,以太阳能、风能等可再生能源作为核心能源的“零能耗”建筑正在成为绿色建筑的重要环节之一。文章依据天津滨海新区的风、光自然资源水平和天津中新生态城智能营业厅的实际用电情况,提出以智能营业厅为对象,建设“零能耗”混合能源微电网的可选方案,并利用美国新能源实验室( NREL)开发的HOMER软件进行了模拟计算和设计,比较了几种不同的混合系统的技术和经济可行性,得出结论为在满足给定负荷水平下以成本最优所确定混合系统的最优配置为风/光/储混合。

Creating green buildings is an important means for the earth’s environment protection.“Zero energy con-sumption”buildings with renewable sources such as solar and wind energy as the core energy has been becoming one of the important aspects of the green buildings. According to the wind,light level of natural resources in Tianjin Bin-hai newly liberated area,and actual utilization situation in Tianjin new eco-city intelligent business hall,an alterna-tive strategy of the“zero energy consumption energy”mix micro grid construction has been proposed in this paper, which takes the intelligent business hall as the object. Moreover,the HOMER software developed by New American Energy Laboratory( NREL)has been adopted to perform simulating calculation and design. The results obtained by the comparison between the technique and economic feasibilities from several different hybrid systems show that the wind/light/store mixed system is the optimal configuration under the optimal cost condition when considering about meeting the given load levels.
