目的：探讨尤瑞克林治疗大面积脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将大面积脑梗死患者60例随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组（30例）接受常规治疗，治疗组（30例）在常规治疗的基础上给予尤瑞克林治疗。观察比较治疗前后神经功能缺损（NIHSS）、Barthel指数及日常生活能力量表（ADL）评分，评估患者治疗效果。结果治疗10、20 d后各项评分变化差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．01）；治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（ P＜0．01或 P＜0．05）。结论尤瑞克林注射液可以明显改善大面积脑梗死患者的意识及神经功能缺损，降低病死率，有助于改善预后，提高患者的存活率及生存质量。
목적：탐토우서극림치료대면적뇌경사적림상료효。방법장대면적뇌경사환자60례수궤분위대조조화치료조，대조조（30례）접수상규치료，치료조（30례）재상규치료적기출상급여우서극림치료。관찰비교치료전후신경공능결손（NIHSS）、Barthel지수급일상생활능역량표（ADL）평분，평고환자치료효과。결과치료10、20 d후각항평분변화차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．01）；치료조료효명현우우대조조（ P＜0．01혹 P＜0．05）。결론우서극림주사액가이명현개선대면적뇌경사환자적의식급신경공능결손，강저병사솔，유조우개선예후，제고환자적존활솔급생존질량。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of urinary kallidinogenase in treating massive cerebral infarction .Methods 60 patients with massive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the control and the treatment group .The control group(30 cases)received the routine treatment ,while on this basis the treatment group (30 cases)received urinary kallidinogenase .The scores of the nerve function defect (NIHSS) ,Barthel index and the activity of daily living scale(ADL20)were compared before and after treatment to evaluate the treatment effect .Re-sults The differences in various indexes after 10 ,20 d treatment had statistical significance (P<0 .01);the curative effects of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group with statistical difference (P<0 .01 or P<0 .05) .Conclusion Urinary kallidinogenase injection can obviously improve the consciousness and neuro-logical function impairment of the patients with massive cerebral infarction ,reduce the mortality rate ,conduce to im-prove the prognosis and improve the survival rate and the quality of life .
