化工行业具有高温高压、易燃易爆、腐蚀性强等特点,针对化学生产的过程及其常见的安全问题,探讨控制危险的有效措施并发展化工生产的安全技术尤其重要。运用HAZOP ( Hazard and operability study)自动分析技术对化工生产过程中的安全问题进行分析、评价,并提出了相关安全操作要求,这与传统的化工生产相比具有很强的预见性和安全性,为化工生产的安全性提供了技术支撑和保障。

Chemical industry had the characteristics of high temperature and high pressure, inflammable and explosive, corrosive and so on. In view of the chemical production process and common security problems, it was particularly important to explore the effective measures of risk control and development of chemical production safety technology. The safety problems in the process of chemical production were analyzed and evaluated with HAZOP ( Hazard and operability study) , and then the safety operation requirements were proposed. Compared with the traditional chemical production, the present chemical production had greater predictability and security. These safety operation requirements provided technical support and assurance for the safety of the chemical production.
