发酵工程的研究生教育承担着培养在生物工程领域进行高质量地生产、科研活动的高级应用型人才的重任。基于专业人才培养目标和行业需求,在发酵工程专业研究生教学中,针对培养目标和课程设置脱节问题,本文提出了课题组内的研究生教学。通过组会讨论、实验技术培训、实践训练、学术报告、日常联系沟通这些灵活的教学方式,拓宽了学生的知识面,提高学生的适应能力和创新能力。

Postgraduate education in fermentation engineering undertook the important task of training applied talents who engaged in production and scientific research in bioengineering field. Based on the training objective of fermentation technology professionals and industry demand, postgraduate teaching in research group was proposed in postgraduate teaching of fermentation engineering to solve problems of the disjunction of training objective and curriculum design. Knowledge range was widened and innovation and adaptability application of postgraduates were improved by means of group discussion, experimental technique training, practice training, academic report and daily connection and communication.
