环境工程微生物学实验是实现专业培养目标的重要实践性教学环节,基于该课程的特点及传统教学中存在的问题,增设综合设计性实验能够充分调动学生学习的积极性,培养创新思维,提高分析解决问题的能力。结合教学实践经验,本文对综合设计性实验实施过程进行了具体的阐述,以学生为主体的教学模式取得了良好的教学效果,同时对实验指导教师提出了更高的要求。
環境工程微生物學實驗是實現專業培養目標的重要實踐性教學環節,基于該課程的特點及傳統教學中存在的問題,增設綜閤設計性實驗能夠充分調動學生學習的積極性,培養創新思維,提高分析解決問題的能力。結閤教學實踐經驗,本文對綜閤設計性實驗實施過程進行瞭具體的闡述,以學生為主體的教學模式取得瞭良好的教學效果,同時對實驗指導教師提齣瞭更高的要求。

Environmental Engineering Microbiology Experiment was an important practical teaching link of realizing the objectives and requirements of professional development. According to the characteristics of the course and the problems existing in traditional teaching, the teaching mode of comprehensive and designed experiment was proposed for mobilizing students’ learning enthusiasm, cultivating their innovation ability and improving ability of analyzing and solving problems. The implementation process of the comprehensive and designed experiment was expatiated. The teaching method of ‘taking the student as the main body’ received favorable effects. Raising the experiment teachers’ diathesis in all kinds of aspect was explored.
