分析了传统生物工艺学的教学现状,再基于新的工程教育理念,针对课程教学环节中存在的问题,构建了强调技术基础知识、注重探究式学习方法,全面整合教学内容,改进教学方法,完善教学手段,为学生营造一个浓厚的工程氛围,提高学生的工程设计与实践能力。
分析瞭傳統生物工藝學的教學現狀,再基于新的工程教育理唸,針對課程教學環節中存在的問題,構建瞭彊調技術基礎知識、註重探究式學習方法,全麵整閤教學內容,改進教學方法,完善教學手段,為學生營造一箇濃厚的工程氛圍,提高學生的工程設計與實踐能力。

The present situation of the teaching of traditional biotechnology course was analyzed. Based on the new educational concept, aimed at the problems that existed in the course of teaching, the constructed basic knowledge was focused on, technology oriented engineering teaching system of inquiry learning, fully integrated teaching content, improved teaching methods and means, to create a strong engineering environment for students, to improve the ability to engineering design and practice of students.
