赖氨酸作为人体必须氨基酸之一,在食品工业、医药工业和饲料工业上有着广泛的应用。由于发酵法工艺简单,生产周期短,本文选择以发酵法进行赖氨酸的工艺设计。针对该工艺进行了物料衡算和热量衡算,经过该工艺生产工艺设计可以得到较高产率和纯度的赖氨酸。
賴氨痠作為人體必鬚氨基痠之一,在食品工業、醫藥工業和飼料工業上有著廣汎的應用。由于髮酵法工藝簡單,生產週期短,本文選擇以髮酵法進行賴氨痠的工藝設計。針對該工藝進行瞭物料衡算和熱量衡算,經過該工藝生產工藝設計可以得到較高產率和純度的賴氨痠。

Lysine was one of the essential amino acids, which was significantly applied to food, medicine and feedstuff. The fermentation process was a simple and short production cycle, so it was used to the fermentation process design for lysine. By the technology of the material balance and energy balance, a higher yield and purity of lysine can be obtained through the production process.
