通过对比发现,抚顺石化120万吨/年汽油选择性加氢装置能耗在国内同类装置中处于中等水平,尚有进一步节能潜力。根据用能三环节原理对装置用能情况进行了分析,分析表明,装置的能源消耗主要为燃料气、电和3.5 MPa蒸汽,这3方面是装置节能的关键所在。本文针对这3方面分别提出了具体的改进措施。采取节能措施后,节能效果显著,装置平均能耗降到17.06 kgEo/t原料,在国内同类装置能耗中处于先进水平。

By comparison, the energy consumption of Fushun Petrochemical 1. 2 million tons/year gasoline selective hydrogenation unit was in the middle level of the domestic similar device, which had further energy saving potential. The unit’s energy consumption was analyzed by the three -link energy -use analysis model, the analysis showed that the energy consumption of the device was mainly for fuel gas, electricity and steam of 3. 5 MPa, and these three aspects were the key to devices energy saving. Some specific measures were put forward for these three areas. After took these energy-saving measures, the energy-saving effect was remarkable, the unit’s average energy consumption droped to 17. 06 kgEo/t raw materials, and energy consumption level kept ahead in the domestic similar device.
