介绍了通过原子吸收光谱法测定保护渣中铁含量的方法并对试液的酸度、共存离子的干扰、试样分解条件以及测量范围等测量条件进行了分析和讨论。结果表明,该方法的加标回收率为98.0%~102.7%,相对标准偏差小于2%( n=11),测定的灵敏度、准确度、精密度均能满足保护渣日常检验分析的要求。

A method was introduced that the content of the iron in metallurgy continuous casting was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry and its influencing factors and results were discussed. The results showed that the recovery rate was 98. 0% ~102. 7%, and the relative standard deviation ( RSD) was less than 2%. Absorption spectrometry was a fast and simple method with high accuracy and sensitivity, which could be used for the quality control of iron in metallurgy continuous casting powder.
