以采自四川大凉山的油橄榄叶片作试材,建立油橄榄叶片中钙、镁、铁、锌的测定方法。利用微波消解,火焰原子吸收光谱法分别测定了油橄榄叶片中钙、镁、铁、锌的含量。结果表明:油橄榄叶片(莱星)中钙、镁、铁、锌的含量分别为12.89 mg/g、0.6784 mg/g、1.096 mg/g、0.1484 mg/g,该方法的加标回收率为98%~103%,相对平均偏差( RSD)为0.5%~4.3%,准确度和精密度良好。为油橄榄的种植及叶片的开发利用提供了可靠基础。

Olive leafs were selected from Liangshan in Sichuan as tested materials to establish the methods for determination of Ca, Mg, Fe and Zn in olive leafs. The content of Ca, Mg, Fe and Zn were detected by FAAS with microwave digestion. The results showed that the content of Ca, Mg, Fe and Zn in olive leafs ( Leccino) were 12. 89 mg/g, 0. 678 4 mg/g, 1. 096 mg/g, 0. 148 4 mg/g, respectively. The recoveries of them were 98% ~103%, and the relative standard deviations ( RSD) were 0. 5% ~4. 3%.
