针对传统甲烷化催化剂在高碳原料气中耐热性和抗积碳性差的缺点,开发了适用于焦炉煤气甲烷化制SNG的新型甲烷化催化剂。考察了催化剂制备方法、助剂、氢碳比及反应温度对催化剂活性的影响,并对催化剂进行了500 h稳定性考察。结果表明,该催化剂具有优异的低温活性,添加助剂的催化剂具有良好的耐高温和抗积碳能力,在800℃氢气气氛40 h后, CO2转化率仍>99.0%,说明催化剂具有稳定活性。
針對傳統甲烷化催化劑在高碳原料氣中耐熱性和抗積碳性差的缺點,開髮瞭適用于焦爐煤氣甲烷化製SNG的新型甲烷化催化劑。攷察瞭催化劑製備方法、助劑、氫碳比及反應溫度對催化劑活性的影響,併對催化劑進行瞭500 h穩定性攷察。結果錶明,該催化劑具有優異的低溫活性,添加助劑的催化劑具有良好的耐高溫和抗積碳能力,在800℃氫氣氣氛40 h後, CO2轉化率仍>99.0%,說明催化劑具有穩定活性。

A novel low-temperature methanation catalyst for coke oven gas was developed. The results showed the catalysts exhibited remarkably high activity for the methanation of CO2. During 500 h test, the catalyst maintained the initial high activity and nice property of resisting against coke-forming. After 800 ℃, 40 h, the catalyst kept good heat resistance and the conversion of CO2 was more than 99. 0%.
