页岩气作为一种非常规天然气资源正在慢慢改变世界的能源格局。简要描述了页岩气在国内外的发展现状以及特点，详细分析了页岩气作为新型发电能源在环保、调峰、经济运行等方面的优势，同时指出中国当前发展页岩气发电所面临的开采难、选址难、上网电价缺乏竞争力等问题，提出了相应的对策：提高开采技术、优化燃气电厂的选址、完善页岩气发电规划、开放市场、建立电价调节机制，这必将促进页岩气发电的快速发展。

Shale gas,a kind of unconventional natural gas resource,is slowly changing the energy structure of the world. This paper provides a brief description of the current development situation and characteristics of shale gas at home and abroad,and carries out a detailed analysis of its advantages in preserving environment,managing peak time,and economic operation.Some countermeasures are also proposed in an effort to address such problems as difficulties in mining and site selecting,and lack of competitiveness,confronted in the current development of shale gas generation.This paper argues that the full use of China's vast reserves of shale gas will inevitably accelerate the development of power generation using shale gas by improving mining technologies,optimizing the selection of sites for gas plants,improving the planning of shale gas generation,opening the market to establish the electricity price adjustment mechanism.
