目的探讨腹膜假性黏液瘤的B型超声表现特点。方法回顾性分析23例经手术、腹腔穿刺和腹腔镜检查,并经病理检查证实的腹膜假性黏液瘤B型超声表现。结果恶性7例,其中卵巢黏液囊腺癌3例,阑尾黏液囊腺癌3例,结肠黏液腺癌1例;良性16例,其中卵巢黏液囊腺瘤9例,阑尾黏液囊腺瘤4例,阑尾黏液囊肿2例,胰腺黏液囊腺瘤1例。黏液腹腔积液中大量13例,少量10例;17例于腹、盆腔内共见35个直径2.3~31.0 cm的黏液包块;肝脾边缘“扇贝样”压迹7例,肠管受压12例,大网膜呈饼状11例,腹膜增厚17例,囊性包块内见蜂窝状改变6例,网状光带状分隔7例。结论腹膜假性黏液瘤B型超声图像表现具有一定特性,超声诊断PMP具有方便快捷、准确性较高优点。
目的探討腹膜假性黏液瘤的B型超聲錶現特點。方法迴顧性分析23例經手術、腹腔穿刺和腹腔鏡檢查,併經病理檢查證實的腹膜假性黏液瘤B型超聲錶現。結果噁性7例,其中卵巢黏液囊腺癌3例,闌尾黏液囊腺癌3例,結腸黏液腺癌1例;良性16例,其中卵巢黏液囊腺瘤9例,闌尾黏液囊腺瘤4例,闌尾黏液囊腫2例,胰腺黏液囊腺瘤1例。黏液腹腔積液中大量13例,少量10例;17例于腹、盆腔內共見35箇直徑2.3~31.0 cm的黏液包塊;肝脾邊緣“扇貝樣”壓跡7例,腸管受壓12例,大網膜呈餅狀11例,腹膜增厚17例,囊性包塊內見蜂窩狀改變6例,網狀光帶狀分隔7例。結論腹膜假性黏液瘤B型超聲圖像錶現具有一定特性,超聲診斷PMP具有方便快捷、準確性較高優點。

ObjectiveTo investigate the ultrasound(US)characteristics of pseudomyxoma peritonei.Methods The US images of 23 patients with histologically confirmed pseudomyxoma peritonei were analyzed retrospectively.Results The 7 malignant tumors were ovarian mucinous cystadenocarcinomas(3), appendiceal mucinous cystadenocarcinomas(3), and colonic mucinous adenocarcinoma(1) whereas the 16 benign tumors were ovarian mucinous cystadenomas(9), appendiceal mucinous cystadenomas(4), appendiceal mucoceles (2), and pancreatic mucinous cystadenoma(1). US showed large(13)or small(10)amount of mucinous ascites, scalloping of the liver and spleen margins(7), 2.3-31.0 cm abdominal and pelvic mucinous masses(35 in 17 patients), intestinal compression(12), omental caking (11), peritoneal thickening(17), honeycomb(6)or septated(7)appearance of the cystic masses.Conclusion Pseudomyxoma peritonei has characteristic US appearance that aids the diagnosis.
