The tube of some igniter was ruptured during the test, through structure analysis and fault tree analysis, the reason for the tube rupture was found out. It showed that the broken pellets lead to faster burning rate and high pressure partly. Meanwhile, the control measures were proposed, which were verified effectively, and the quality of igniter is ensured.
