针对某型无源干扰弹在部队演习中出现的瞎火故障,在分析其结构、发射用弹道炮与战斗炮间差异、电磁感应发火机理的基础上,分析瞎火故障的原因,并提出改进措施。结果表明,通过调整点火机构凸出高度以及对点火机构供电线路检测控制,有效地解决该弹瞎火问题,作用可靠性达到了产品指标要求。
針對某型無源榦擾彈在部隊縯習中齣現的瞎火故障,在分析其結構、髮射用彈道砲與戰鬥砲間差異、電磁感應髮火機理的基礎上,分析瞎火故障的原因,併提齣改進措施。結果錶明,通過調整點火機構凸齣高度以及對點火機構供電線路檢測控製,有效地解決該彈瞎火問題,作用可靠性達到瞭產品指標要求。

For dud failure of some passive jamming bomb in military exercises, on the analysis of its structure, the difference between the ballistic gun for launch with the battle gun, as well as firing mechanism of electromagnetic induction, the reasons of dud failure were studied, and the improvement measures were put forward. The results show that, through adjusting the protruding height of the ignition mechanism, and controlling power supply lines of the ignition mechanism timely, the dud failure of bomb was solved effectively, as well as the reliability can meet the product requirements.
