为解决传统起爆装置勤务处理和运输过程中的安全性问题,设计了一种小型化的具有双环境力安保机构的非电起爆装置,进行了保险机构受力分析及计算,并完成12m跌落试验、离心试验及实弹射击试验。结果表明该非电起爆装置具有良好的勤务处理能力,运输、使用安全可靠。

Aimed at the security of the traditional initiation device during service and transportation, a kind of small-sized non-electric initiation device with double safety mechanisms was designed. The endured force of safety mechanism was analyzed and calculated, as well as 12m drop test, centrifugal test and practice fire test were carried out. The test results showed that the design of double safety mechanism can effectively improve the safety and reliability of the initiation device during service and transportation.
