从主装药、点火药、喷管和剪切片4个方面对姿控推冲器进行了设计,并通过推力试验验证了主装药类型、点火药类型、喷管的喉径、扩张比和扩张角以及剪切片厚度和材料对输出性能的影响规律。结果表明:主装药采用改性双基推进剂GQ-3时推冲器比冲可达207.5s;点火药采用硼-硝酸钾点火药时点火时间最小为0.32ms;喷管喉径为Φ2.5mm、扩张角为70°、扩张比为2.4时总冲量达到3.50N·s,比冲达208.6s;剪切片采用0.3mm厚的铜带时作用时间最短为4.15ms,峰值推力达到1420N。
從主裝藥、點火藥、噴管和剪切片4箇方麵對姿控推遲器進行瞭設計,併通過推力試驗驗證瞭主裝藥類型、點火藥類型、噴管的喉徑、擴張比和擴張角以及剪切片厚度和材料對輸齣性能的影響規律。結果錶明:主裝藥採用改性雙基推進劑GQ-3時推遲器比遲可達207.5s;點火藥採用硼-硝痠鉀點火藥時點火時間最小為0.32ms;噴管喉徑為Φ2.5mm、擴張角為70°、擴張比為2.4時總遲量達到3.50N·s,比遲達208.6s;剪切片採用0.3mm厚的銅帶時作用時間最短為4.15ms,峰值推力達到1420N。

The attitude control motor(ACM) was designed from four aspects, such as main charge, ignition charge, nozzle and shear slice. The effects law of main charge type, ignition charge type, the throat diameter, divergence ratio and divergence angle of nozzle, and the thickness and material of shear slice on output performance were verified by thrust test. The results showed that, the specific impulse reached to 207.5s using the composite modified double base propellant named GQ-3, the minimum ignition time was 0.32ms using B-KNO3 ignition powder, the specific impulse reached to 208.6s and the total impulse reached as high as 3.50N·s, when the nozzle throat diameter was 2.5mm, the divergence angle was 70° and the divergence ratio was 2.4. The maximum thrust reached to 1 420N and the shortest action time was 4.15ms, when the thickness of shear slice was 0.3mm using copper belt.
