为提高雷达维修实践课程的教学质量和实效，在分析研究士官学员特点和现行实践教学存在的不足的基础上，从改进教学内容和教学模式入手，提出基于工作过程导向开发教材、基于典型工作任务创设学习情境并在教学实施中采用分组式、新老装备结合等教学方法，为培养适应任职岗位需求的士官技师提供了有效方法。

To improve the teaching quality and effect of radar maintenance practice course, based on analysis of the sergeant cadets’features and the shortcomings existing in the present practice teaching, and from the perspective of improving teaching contents and modes, this article proposes to develop the teaching material based on the working process-oriented, set learning and practice circumstances based on typical working tasks, and adopt some teaching methods such as grouping, new and old equipment combined and so on, offering an effective approach to training sergeant technicians who are adapted to the post’s demand.
