针对“4+1”学员的特点及雷达情报信息系统装备教学存在的理论与实践教学脱节、装备少人员多、教员讲授为主等问题,提出了在“4+1”学员期班雷达情报信息系统装备教学中采用“理论实践融合、教学内容融合和教学场所融合”的三融合教学方法,阐述了融合式教学方法的具体应用。教学实践表明,融合式教学方法对提高“4+1”学员期班雷达情报信息系统装备教学质量有着明显的效果。
針對“4+1”學員的特點及雷達情報信息繫統裝備教學存在的理論與實踐教學脫節、裝備少人員多、教員講授為主等問題,提齣瞭在“4+1”學員期班雷達情報信息繫統裝備教學中採用“理論實踐融閤、教學內容融閤和教學場所融閤”的三融閤教學方法,闡述瞭融閤式教學方法的具體應用。教學實踐錶明,融閤式教學方法對提高“4+1”學員期班雷達情報信息繫統裝備教學質量有著明顯的效果。

In view of the features of“4+1”cadets, and the problems existing in the teaching radar intelligence and information system equipment teaching,including the theory and practice of teaching come apart, the relative system and equipment are fewer while the teaching personnel is more, teachers’teaching is given priority to class and others, this article puts forward a type of three integrated teaching method used for“4+1”cadets’equipment teaching, which are the integration of theory with practice, the integration of teaching contents, and the integration of teaching sites. It also explains the specific application of the integrated teaching method .By teaching practice, it is shown that this proposed integrated teaching method has an obvious effect on improving the teaching quality of radar intelligence and information system equipment for“4+1”cadets.
