针对传统集总参数带通滤波器设计时元件数目过多的问题,提出了一种改进方法,设计了100~500 MHz的集总参数带通滤波器。该设计以集总参数低通滤波器为原型,利用电容的隔直通交特性,使得滤波器在100 MHz以下取得较大衰减;通过并联电感与隔直电容组成L型匹配电路,改善端口的匹配特性;最后利用射频电路设计软件ADS进行仿真优化,得到了性能良好的带通滤波器。仿真结果表明,改进方法切实可行,对低频段集总参数带通滤波器的设计具有很好的借鉴意义。

For the problem that there is an excess number of elements in traditional lumped parameter band-pass filters, an improved method is proposed for designing a 100-500 MHz lumped parameter band-pass filter in this paper. By taking the lumped parameter low-pass filter as a prototype and utilizing the characteristics of DC blocking and AC coupling of capacitors, great attenuation of the filter below 100 MHz is achieved. By shunting the inductance with DC blocking capacitors, an L-type match circuit is set up, thus improving the port’s matching characteristic. And finally, the simulation optimization is done by using the RF circuit design software, achieving a band-pass filter with good performance. Simulation results show that this improved scheme is feasible, which has a model significance for the design of lumped parameter band-pass filter in LF band.
