职业价值观是个体的价值观在职业生活领域的具体化。高职学生的职业价值观指的是,高等职业技术学院学生这一特殊的社会群体对于职业与自身需要之间的关系的根本观点和总的看法。现阶段,我国高职学生的职业价值观存在职业评价和选择呈现地域性差异、职业价值取向功利化、职业目标缺失和不稳定等特点。针对这些特点,高职教育必须采取“社会、学校和家庭三方联动的职业价值观教育对策”引导学生形成适应社会和自身发展的职业价值观。
職業價值觀是箇體的價值觀在職業生活領域的具體化。高職學生的職業價值觀指的是,高等職業技術學院學生這一特殊的社會群體對于職業與自身需要之間的關繫的根本觀點和總的看法。現階段,我國高職學生的職業價值觀存在職業評價和選擇呈現地域性差異、職業價值取嚮功利化、職業目標缺失和不穩定等特點。針對這些特點,高職教育必鬚採取“社會、學校和傢庭三方聯動的職業價值觀教育對策”引導學生形成適應社會和自身髮展的職業價值觀。

The 0ccupation values is the specific form of the individual values in the occupation life field. Technical College Students’ 0ccupation values refers to the ir overall view on the relationship between occupation and their needs . At the present stage, The 0ccupation values of Technical College Students in china present the characteristics that the occupation selection and evaluation showed regional differences, the value orientation of 0ccupation is utilitarian and target deletions and instability. According to these characteristics, the Higher Thechnical Education must take“the society, the collage and the family on three linkage” to guide students to adapt themselves to the development of society and their own occupation values.
