在3℃条件下,对越冬代异色瓢虫[Harmonia axyridis (Pall)]雌、雄虫不同冷藏时间(0,30,60,90,120,150 d)的糖、蛋白质、脂肪、含水量等生理生化指标进行了测定。结果表明:冷藏期间,含糖量随冷藏时间的增加而降低,各冷藏时间之间的含糖量差异显著,冷藏0 d雌雄成虫的含糖量最高,分别达40?00μg/mg和43?69μg/mg;整个冷藏期间雌虫蛋白质含量显著高于冷藏0 d的蛋白质含量;整个冷藏期间雄虫蛋白质含量与冷藏0d的蛋白质含量差异不显著;脂肪含量随冷藏时间的增加而降低,各冷藏时间之间的脂肪含量差异显著,冷藏0 d雌、雄成虫的脂肪含量最高,分别达475?87μg/mg和450?67μg/mg;含水量随冷藏时间的增加而降低,但差异不显著。

재3℃조건하,대월동대이색표충[Harmonia axyridis (Pall)]자、웅충불동랭장시간(0,30,60,90,120,150 d)적당、단백질、지방、함수량등생리생화지표진행료측정。결과표명:랭장기간,함당량수랭장시간적증가이강저,각랭장시간지간적함당량차이현저,랭장0 d자웅성충적함당량최고,분별체40?00μg/mg화43?69μg/mg;정개랭장기간자충단백질함량현저고우랭장0 d적단백질함량;정개랭장기간웅충단백질함량여랭장0d적단백질함량차이불현저;지방함량수랭장시간적증가이강저,각랭장시간지간적지방함량차이현저,랭장0 d자、웅성충적지방함량최고,분별체475?87μg/mg화450?67μg/mg;함수량수랭장시간적증가이강저,단차이불현저。
Physiological and biochemical indexes, including total sugar, protein, fat and water con?tent, of overwintering H. axyridis kept under 3 ℃ for different storage time ( 0, 30, 60, 90, 120 and 150 d) were determined. The results showed that sugar content of female or male ladybeetles significantly decreased with the increase of storage time, and there were significant differences be?tween sugar content of different storage time. The male and female adults had the highest sugar con?tent on 0 d, up to 40?00 μg/mg and 43?69 μg/mg, respectively. Protein content of female in the whole storage time was significantly higher than stored at 0 d. There were no significant differences in protein content of male in the whole storage time. Fat content of female or male ladybeetles signifi?cantly decreased with the increase of storage time. The female and male adults had the highest fat content on 0 d, up to 475?87 μg/mg and 450?67 μg/mg, respectively. Water content of female or male lady beetles decreased with the increase of storage time, but there were no significant differ?ences.
