对芍药白粉病的空间分布型进行研究,结果表明:芍药白粉病的空间分布型为聚集分布。芍药白粉病的理论抽样数研究结果表明:若想获得精确的调查结果,在常见的发病条件下(每个植株的病级数为1~5),大约需要调查200~700个植株。如果想获得较为精确的调查结果,在常见的发病条件下(每个植株的病级数为1~5),大约需要调查50~170个植株。另外还制定了指导防治工作的序贯抽样检索表。

Peony samples with powdery mildew were collected in Changchun, Jilin province in this study. The spatial distribution of the peony powdery mildew was found to be in a pattern of aggrega?ted distribution. In addition, optimum sample number for analyzing peony powdery mildew was de?termined. The field survey results showed that, under normal disease condition, 200—700 plant samples ( 1—5 disease grade of peony powdery mildew per plant) were required to analyze data with high precision; while 50—170 plant samples ( 1—5 disease grade of peony powdery mildew per plant) were required to analyze data with moderate precision. A sequential sampling search table was established, which can be used for directing peony powdery mildew disease control.
