本文结合国家电网输电线路防灾技术实验室的1000 kV交直流环氧树脂胶浸纸绝缘穿墙套管的结构特点,提出现场吊装工艺,详细介绍现场配重、起吊、重心调整、就位后套管旋转对孔等主要过程,并分析吊装过程中存在的问题及解决方法。
本文結閤國傢電網輸電線路防災技術實驗室的1000 kV交直流環氧樹脂膠浸紙絕緣穿牆套管的結構特點,提齣現場弔裝工藝,詳細介紹現場配重、起弔、重心調整、就位後套管鏇轉對孔等主要過程,併分析弔裝過程中存在的問題及解決方法。

Based on structural characteristics of 1 000 kV AC/DC epoxy resin impregnated paper insulation wall bushing, this paper puts forward its site hoisting process, introduces the main process in detail, such as the site additional weight, lifting, shifting the central gravity, casing rotation in place, and analyzes the existing problems and solutions in the process of hoisting.
