分析血清胱抑素C在糖尿病肾功能检测中的价值。资料随机选自2013年7月至2014年7月本院诊治的糖尿病肾病患者65例,将其作为研究组,并选取同期于本院进行身体检查的健康者50例,将其作为对照组。两组均予以常规方法检测血、尿肌酐及尿素水平,并以终点散射比浊法检测两组的血清胱抑素C水平,对比并分析两组的各项肾功能检测指标。研究组的血、尿肌酐、尿素水平及血清胱抑素C水平均高于对照组,两组对比差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的各项肾功能指标检测中血清胱抑素C的阳性检出率高于其余检测指标,对比差异较为显著(P<0.05)。应用血清胱抑素C能有效提高糖尿病肾病功能的检测准确率,可以为疾病的早期诊断提供准确依据,并可作为患者治疗及预后效果的重要衡量指标,值得临床推广。

objective: to analyze the serum (inhibition in diabetic renal function tests are the value of C. Methods: randomly selected data from July 2013 to July 2013 in our hospital diagnosis and treatment of 65 patients with diabetic nephropathy, as a team, and in the same pe-riod in 50 cases in our hospital to check body health, as a control group. Results:the team of blood, urine creatinine and urea level and the level of serum (inhibi-tion C was higher than that of control group, difference compared the two groups have statistical significance (P < 0.05). Team of the renal function indexes in detecting serum (inhibition C positive detection rate is higher than the rest of the testing index, compared to more signifi-cant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:the serum (inhibition C can effectively improve the detection accuracy of diabetic nephropathy func-tion, can provide accurate basis for early diagnosis of diseases, and can be used as the effect of treatment and prognosis in patients with im-portant measure, worth clinical promotion.
