针对某高层框支剪力墙结构的酒店建筑,通过SATWE ,MIDAS两种程序进行整体弹性对比分析及弹性时程分析、转换构件的应力有限元分析,并加强构造措施,使得结构整体和各构件的抗震性能达到设计的预期目标。本文通过工程实例阐述此类结构设计的要点和应注意的一些问题,为类似工程提供设计参考,具有一定的科技应用价值。

For a high‐rise hotel's frame‐supported structure ,the elastic analysis through the comparison of two software of SATWE and MIDAS ,elastic time history analysis and stress finite analysis of structural transfer member were completed ,and different construction detail were carried out to make the seismic behavior of the w hole structure and each structural member reach the expected objective . The point of structural design and some key problems were analysed by combining a project case ,. The results will be as the reference for the similar project .
