探讨高血压脑出血术后病人的观察要点及护理措施。对78例高血压脑出血术后病人严密观察病情及精心护理。78例高血压脑出血术后病人经精心治疗和护理后，存活62例，自动出院14例，死亡2例。通过严密的病情观察及采取积极有效的护理措施，极大的降低了病人的死亡率和致残率，进一步提高了病人的生存质量。

Conclusion through close observation and effective nursing measures should be taken to greatly reduce the mortality rate of patients and morbidity, and further improve the quality of the patient's survival.
