将爪式流体机械的曲爪型和直爪型转子在型线构成、工作过程、受力变形进行对比。分析两种转子在工作性能方面的不同,并对转子的流场和受力进行数值模拟。研究结果表明:在相同半径条件下,直爪型转子的相对余隙容积小比曲爪型转子,曲爪型转子的压力比和压缩效率高于直爪型转子。直爪转子的最大应力小于曲爪转子,爪背无应力集中现象,力学性能好,承载能力强。

The straight rotor and curved rotor of claw type fluid machinery were compared in terms of the profile construction, work process and stress.Two kinds of rotor were analyzed in different performance and were numerically simulated in the flow field and force field.The results showed that the relative clearance volume of straight claw rotor was smaller than curved claw rotor un-der the condition of the same radius.The pressure ratio and the compression efficiency of curved claw rotor were higher than straight claw rotor.The maximum stress of straight claw rotor was lower than curved claw rotor.The straight claw rotor had no stress concentration phenomenon on claw back,and it had good mechanical performance,strong bearing capacity.
