为了研究吸油管对低压腔涡旋压缩机离心供油系统的影响,在不考虑润滑油可压缩性、相同油池高度和同一曲轴转速的条件下,采用标准κ-ε湍流模型,VOF两相流模型,分析了吸油管入口直径、结构形状对吸油管内油面高度的影响。结果表明,吸油管入口直径、结构形状存在一个最优值,取最优值时,吸油管中润滑油油面达到最大值,从而保证供油系统提供足够的供油量。
為瞭研究吸油管對低壓腔渦鏇壓縮機離心供油繫統的影響,在不攷慮潤滑油可壓縮性、相同油池高度和同一麯軸轉速的條件下,採用標準κ-ε湍流模型,VOF兩相流模型,分析瞭吸油管入口直徑、結構形狀對吸油管內油麵高度的影響。結果錶明,吸油管入口直徑、結構形狀存在一箇最優值,取最優值時,吸油管中潤滑油油麵達到最大值,從而保證供油繫統提供足夠的供油量。

In order to study the oil suction pipe′s impaction on low-pressure shell scroll compressor centrifugal oil supply sys-tem,without consideration of the compressibility of the lubricating oil,the same oil level and crankshaft speed,the standard k-εturbulence model and VOF two-phase flow model was employed in the simulation.The effect of the import diameter and structure shape of the oil suction pipe′s to the oil head in the oil suction pipe was analyzed.The results show that there exist an optimal val-ue of the oil suction pipe′s import diameter and structure shape.At the optimal value,the head of the oil in the oil suction pipe′s reach a maximum,thus guarantee the oil supply system will receive enough oil delivery.
