为研究双向泵在正、反向运行时非稳定区的内流特性,以名以比转速为1600的双向轴流泵为研究对象,采用标准k-ε湍流模型对双向泵进行了正反向、多工况下的非定常数值模拟,比较了正、反向马鞍区内泵的内流特征及压力脉动变化情况,结果表明:反向时鞍型曲线出现的流量减小,马鞍区范围变窄;在所研究工况,正、反向运行时在叶片进口前靠近壁面处、出口后靠近轮毂处以及导叶内均出现了较大尺度漩涡,反向时,叶轮前的大尺度漩涡向上游移动,在轮毂后也形成了较大的回流区,同时,由于流场的非稳定特性,正向在1~2、4~5倍转频,反向在0~2倍转频出现了明显的压力脉动。
為研究雙嚮泵在正、反嚮運行時非穩定區的內流特性,以名以比轉速為1600的雙嚮軸流泵為研究對象,採用標準k-ε湍流模型對雙嚮泵進行瞭正反嚮、多工況下的非定常數值模擬,比較瞭正、反嚮馬鞍區內泵的內流特徵及壓力脈動變化情況,結果錶明:反嚮時鞍型麯線齣現的流量減小,馬鞍區範圍變窄;在所研究工況,正、反嚮運行時在葉片進口前靠近壁麵處、齣口後靠近輪轂處以及導葉內均齣現瞭較大呎度漩渦,反嚮時,葉輪前的大呎度漩渦嚮上遊移動,在輪轂後也形成瞭較大的迴流區,同時,由于流場的非穩定特性,正嚮在1~2、4~5倍轉頻,反嚮在0~2倍轉頻齣現瞭明顯的壓力脈動。

In order to analyze the flow characteristics in unstable areas of both positive and revere operation,the unsteady nu-merical simulations in multi-conditions of positive and revere operation were carried out based on standard k-ε turbulence model for a bi-directional pump that approximate specific speed was 1600,and then the flow characteristics and pressure pulsation chan-ges along flow channel were compared.The results show that the saddle-shaped curve appears in a lower flow rate and the range of saddle-shaped curve becomes narrower in reverse operation.There are large scale vortexes close to the front of blade inlet and tube wall,near the back of blade outlet and hub,and the vortex also occurs in guide vane zone.Under reverse operation,the large scale vortexes move to upstream,and a large backflow appears after the fluid flowed hub.Due to the unsteady characteristics of the flow field,there are obvious pressure pulsations on 1~2、4~5 times of rotation frequency in positive operation and 0~2 times of rota-tion frequency in positive operation.
