在pH=4.0的乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,N,N-二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠和Hg(Ⅱ)反应生成白色沉淀物,用分光光度计于波长400nm处测量其吸光度。溶液中Hg(Ⅱ)浓度在0~14μg·mL-1范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数0.9995。用此法测定汞溴红药水中汞含量,相对标准偏差0.23%(n=3),回收率平均值为92.8%。

At pH=4 acetic acid sodium acetate buffer solution, N, N- ethyl dithiocarbamate sodium and Hg (Ⅱ) reacted to form a white precipitate, spectrophotometer was used to measure the absorbance at 400nm wavelength. The Hg (Ⅱ) in solution concentration in the 0~14μg/mL showed a good linear relation with the absorbance,the correlation coefficient was 0.9995. Determination of mercury content in merbromin by this method, the relative standard deviation was 0.23% (n=3), the average recovery was 92.8%.
