通过化学还原法制备了NiB非晶态合金催化剂,并将其用于水合肼还原硝基苯制备苯胺的反应。考察了硼/镍比、制备温度、KBH4溶液的pH值等对NiB催化活性的影响。结果表明,硼/镍摩尔比为2∶1,制备温度为-5℃,KBH4溶液的pH=12时,制备的NiB催化剂活性较高。在硝基苯10mmol,水合肼30mmol,无水乙醇15mL, NiB催化剂0.2 g,室温反应0.5 h的条件下,苯胺的收率为99%。
通過化學還原法製備瞭NiB非晶態閤金催化劑,併將其用于水閤肼還原硝基苯製備苯胺的反應。攷察瞭硼/鎳比、製備溫度、KBH4溶液的pH值等對NiB催化活性的影響。結果錶明,硼/鎳摩爾比為2∶1,製備溫度為-5℃,KBH4溶液的pH=12時,製備的NiB催化劑活性較高。在硝基苯10mmol,水閤肼30mmol,無水乙醇15mL, NiB催化劑0.2 g,室溫反應0.5 h的條件下,苯胺的收率為99%。
통과화학환원법제비료NiB비정태합금최화제,병장기용우수합정환원초기분제비분알적반응。고찰료붕/얼비、제비온도、KBH4용액적pH치등대NiB최화활성적영향。결과표명,붕/얼마이비위2∶1,제비온도위-5℃,KBH4용액적pH=12시,제비적NiB최화제활성교고。재초기분10mmol,수합정30mmol,무수을순15mL, NiB최화제0.2 g,실온반응0.5 h적조건하,분알적수솔위99%。
A series of amorphous NiB were prepared by the chemical reduction method, which were used in the reduction of nitrobenzene with hydrazine hydrate. The effects of the molar ratio of B/Ni, preparation temperature and the pH of KBH4 solution on the catalytic performance were investigated. The results showed that the suitable preparation conditions were as followed: the molar ratio of B/Ni 2:1, preparation temperature -5℃ and the pH of KBH4 solution 12. Under the conditions: 10 mmol of nitrobenzene, 30 mmol of hydrazine hydrate, 15 mL of ethanol, 0.2 g of NiB and reacting for 0.5 h at room temperature, the yield of aniline could reach 99%.
