介绍了蜂窝夹芯结构复合材料共固化成型的特点,对蜂窝厚度较大的夹芯结构复合材料的热压罐共固化成型工艺进行了研究。通过将蜂窝边缘使用层压板和蜂窝灌封料组合固定等方法,解决了传统共固化工艺条件下蜂窝滑移、收缩、产生缺陷等技术难题。
介紹瞭蜂窩夾芯結構複閤材料共固化成型的特點,對蜂窩厚度較大的夾芯結構複閤材料的熱壓罐共固化成型工藝進行瞭研究。通過將蜂窩邊緣使用層壓闆和蜂窩灌封料組閤固定等方法,解決瞭傳統共固化工藝條件下蜂窩滑移、收縮、產生缺陷等技術難題。

The characteristics of honeycomb core sandwich co-curing process were introduce,and the autoclave co-curing technology of core sandwich composite wihe thicker honeycomb was studied. By fixing honeycomb edge with laminate and potting compound,the technical problems including honeycomb slippery,contraction and other defects which occured in traditional co-curing process were solved.
