通过熔融共混法在双螺杆挤出机上制备了尼龙(PA)66/玻璃纤维(GF)/聚苯醚(PPO)三元共混材料,采用旋转流变仪研究了共混材料的流变行为。结果表明,PA66及共混材料均为假塑性流体,呈现剪切变稀现象;GF和PPO的加入增大了共混材料的储能模量和损耗模量;用Han方法表明复合材料没有发生相分离;经动态时间扫描发现,共混材料的储能模量随着时间的增加而增大。
通過鎔融共混法在雙螺桿擠齣機上製備瞭尼龍(PA)66/玻璃纖維(GF)/聚苯醚(PPO)三元共混材料,採用鏇轉流變儀研究瞭共混材料的流變行為。結果錶明,PA66及共混材料均為假塑性流體,呈現剪切變稀現象;GF和PPO的加入增大瞭共混材料的儲能模量和損耗模量;用Han方法錶明複閤材料沒有髮生相分離;經動態時間掃描髮現,共混材料的儲能模量隨著時間的增加而增大。

PA66/GF/PPO blends were prepared by melt blending on twin-screw extruder,and the dynamical rheological behaviors of the blends were studied by using rotational rheometer. The experimental results show that PA66/GF/PPO blends were pseudo plastic fluid,and specimens exhibite shear-thinning behavior. The storage modulus,loss modulus and the complex viscosity of PA66/GF/PPO blends were increased after the incorporation of GF and PPO. The phase separation is not occured for composite as demonstrated by the analysis of Han curve. Time scanning shows that the storage modulus of the composite increases with the increasing of time.
