制备了一种耐刮擦高灼热丝温度高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)材料,研究了不同阻燃体系对HIPS灼热丝温度和力学性能的影响,考察了耐刮擦助剂对高灼热丝温度HIPS材料耐刮擦性能的影响。结果表明,采用自制复合阻燃体系相对于一般溴系阻燃体系可使HIPS的灼热丝温度提高30~80℃,其质量分数为13%时HIPS的灼热丝温度即可达到960℃;复合阻燃体系含量增加时材料的冲击强度下降;耐刮擦助剂质量分数为1%时即可显著提高材料的耐刮擦性,且不影响其阻燃和力学性能。
製備瞭一種耐颳抆高灼熱絲溫度高抗遲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)材料,研究瞭不同阻燃體繫對HIPS灼熱絲溫度和力學性能的影響,攷察瞭耐颳抆助劑對高灼熱絲溫度HIPS材料耐颳抆性能的影響。結果錶明,採用自製複閤阻燃體繫相對于一般溴繫阻燃體繫可使HIPS的灼熱絲溫度提高30~80℃,其質量分數為13%時HIPS的灼熱絲溫度即可達到960℃;複閤阻燃體繫含量增加時材料的遲擊彊度下降;耐颳抆助劑質量分數為1%時即可顯著提高材料的耐颳抆性,且不影響其阻燃和力學性能。

High glow wire temperature high impact polystyrene(HIPS) with excellent anti-scratch performance was prepared. The influences of different flame retardant system and anti-scratch additives on flame retardancy,mechanical properties,surface performance of HIPS were researched. The results show that self-made complex flame retardant can increase glow wire temperature by 30~80℃compared with those of common brominated flame retardants in the same contents. Gloss wire temperature can reach 960℃,when the mass content is 13%. The impact strength decreases with the increase of flame retardant contents. When the content is 1%,anti-scratch additives effectively improves the scratch performance of the material with slight effect on mechanical property and flame-retardant class.
