目的::探讨ICU分级监测在护理绩效考核中的应用效果。方法:在ICU对患者实行分级监测,并与护士分层管理相结合,制定ICU绩效考核及分配制度,设置分级监测实施前数据为对照组,分级监测实施后数据为试验组,比较两组患者不良事件发生率及护士对绩效分配的满意度、医师对护士的满意度。结果:试验组分级监测实施后护理不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。分级监测实施后护士对绩效分配满意度及医师对护士的满意度高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:通过分级监测,使ICU人力资源得到合理应用,利于制定科学的绩效分配制度,调动了护理人员的积极性,有效提高了护理质量。

목적::탐토ICU분급감측재호리적효고핵중적응용효과。방법:재ICU대환자실행분급감측,병여호사분층관리상결합,제정ICU적효고핵급분배제도,설치분급감측실시전수거위대조조,분급감측실시후수거위시험조,비교량조환자불량사건발생솔급호사대적효분배적만의도、의사대호사적만의도。결과:시험조분급감측실시후호리불량사건발생솔저우대조조(P<0.05)。분급감측실시후호사대적효분배만의도급의사대호사적만의도고우실시전(P<0.05)。결론:통과분급감측,사ICU인력자원득도합리응용,리우제정과학적적효분배제도,조동료호리인원적적겁성,유효제고료호리질량。
Objective:To explore the significance of the graded monitoring in nursing personnel 's performance assessment in intensive care unit ( ICU ) . Methods:The nursing personnel's performance assessment and distribution institution were maded by implement graded monitoring for patients and graded management for nurse in ICU. Results:After implemented graded monitoring, the rate of nursing adverse events in esperimental group was lower than that of control group (P<0. 05). The degree of nurse′s satisfaction for reward distribution and the degree of doctor′s satisfaction for nursing had raised(P <0. 05). Conclusion:We can rationally allocate human resources,scientifically formulate nursing personnel′s performance assessment and distribution institu-tion, and improve enthusiasm of nursing staff and nursing quality by applying of the graded monitoring in ICU.
