目的：：探讨手术室外来手术器械质量管理的效果。方法：回顾手术室2011年9月~2013年11月完善外来器械管理制度和使用外来器械手术医师确认卡以来，应用外来手术器械6179例次手术的效果。结果：采用外来器械手术医师确认卡以来，加强了手术前后对外来器械的管理，未出现外来器械准备不足、配送失误，消毒灭菌质量合格，手术器械使用满意度提高。结论：实施质量管理，可督促器械公司准备合适的器械，有效提高手术室护士的工作责任心，加强团队合作，确保手术患者安全。
목적：：탐토수술실외래수술기계질량관리적효과。방법：회고수술실2011년9월~2013년11월완선외래기계관리제도화사용외래기계수술의사학인잡이래，응용외래수술기계6179례차수술적효과。결과：채용외래기계수술의사학인잡이래，가강료수술전후대외래기계적관리，미출현외래기계준비불족、배송실오，소독멸균질량합격，수술기계사용만의도제고。결론：실시질량관리，가독촉기계공사준비합괄적기계，유효제고수술실호사적공작책임심，가강단대합작，학보수술환자안전。
Objective:To investigate the effect of extraneous surgical instrumengts quality management. Methods:From September 2011 to November 2013, the application of extraneous surgical instrumengts in 6179 cases operation effect was summarized with after improved the extraneous surgical instrumengts management system and the use of extraneous surgical instrumengts operation physicians identify card. Results:From September 2011 the extraneous surgical instrumengts operation since the confirmation card for physicians,strengthen the management of extraneous surgical instrumengts before and after operation. No external instruments inadequate preparation,delivery failures,disinfection and sterilization quality,increase satisfaction with the use of operation instru-ments. Conclusion:The implementation of quality management,can urge the instruments to prepare the appropriate equipment,effectively improve the nurses of operation room work responsibility,to strengthen the team,ensure the safety of patients in operation.
