目的：：总结重度子痫前期合并HELLP综合征产妇剖宫产术后的护理方法。方法：选取我院在2010年6月~2013年6月收治的20例行剖宫产的重度子痫前期合并HELLP综合征产妇作为研究对象,对本组产妇术后的护理方法进行回顾性分析。结果：20例产妇中,18例成功娩出活胎,胎死宫内2例,产妇中无死亡病例,均未发生产后子痫。10例因新生儿低体重、早产转至新生儿监护室,母婴分离；8例母婴同室。剖宫产后,并发产后出血2例,并发急性肾功能衰竭2例,经对症处理后,症状均有所好转。结论：在剖宫产术后,严密观察产妇病情变化,做好血压控制、出血预防措施,对于预防重度子痫前期合并HELLP综合征产妇术后并发症的发生具有重大意义。
목적：：총결중도자간전기합병HELLP종합정산부부궁산술후적호리방법。방법：선취아원재2010년6월~2013년6월수치적20례행부궁산적중도자간전기합병HELLP종합정산부작위연구대상,대본조산부술후적호리방법진행회고성분석。결과：20례산부중,18례성공면출활태,태사궁내2례,산부중무사망병례,균미발생산후자간。10례인신생인저체중、조산전지신생인감호실,모영분리；8례모영동실。부궁산후,병발산후출혈2례,병발급성신공능쇠갈2례,경대증처리후,증상균유소호전。결론：재부궁산술후,엄밀관찰산부병정변화,주호혈압공제、출혈예방조시,대우예방중도자간전기합병HELLP종합정산부술후병발증적발생구유중대의의。
Objective:To summarize the postoperation nursing of severe preeclampsia combined HELLP syndrome patients. Methods:From June 2010-June 2013 with 20 cases of severe preeclampsia cesarean combined maternal HELLP syndrome as the research objects,the method of care were analyzed retrospec-tively. Results:Among of 20 cases,18 cases successfully delivered live births,fetal death in 2 cases,no maternal deaths did not occur postpartum eclampsia. 10 cases due to low birthweight,preterm go neonatal intensive care unit,maternal separation,eight cases rooming. After cesarean section,complicated by two cases of postpartum hemorrhage,acute renal failure in 2 patients after symptomatic treatment,the symptoms were improved. Conclusion:After cesarean sec-tion,close observation of maternal condition changes,good control of blood pressure,bleeding precautions while be necessary psychological care,for the pre-vention of severe preeclampsia with HELLP syndrome occurs with significant maternal complications significance.
