目的：：探讨脊髓亚急性联合变性的护理对策。方法：对20例脊髓亚急性联合变性患者积极治疗的同时，做好用药护理、饮食指导、心理干预、并发症护理和对症护理。结果：治愈4例，好转14例，无效2例。结论：有效的护理有利于脊髓亚急性联合变性患者的康复。
目的：：探討脊髓亞急性聯閤變性的護理對策。方法：對20例脊髓亞急性聯閤變性患者積極治療的同時，做好用藥護理、飲食指導、心理榦預、併髮癥護理和對癥護理。結果：治愈4例，好轉14例，無效2例。結論：有效的護理有利于脊髓亞急性聯閤變性患者的康複。
목적：：탐토척수아급성연합변성적호리대책。방법：대20례척수아급성연합변성환자적겁치료적동시，주호용약호리、음식지도、심리간예、병발증호리화대증호리。결과：치유4례，호전14례，무효2례。결론：유효적호리유리우척수아급성연합변성환자적강복。
Objective:To explore the nursing of patients with subacute combined degeneration of the spinal cord ( SCD) . Methods:With the active treatment of 20 patients with SCD,do a good job of the medication nursing,diet instruction, psychological intervention,the nursing of complications and symptomatic nursing. Results:4 patients have been cured,14 patients have been improved,2 cases were ineffective. Conclusion:The effective nursing is propitious to the recovery of the patients with SCD.
