目的：：探讨床边工作制在提高普外科手术患者围术期综合生活质量及满意度中的应用效果。方法：选取2013年1月~2014年2月普外科手术患者120例,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用床边工作制,比较两组患者干预前和干预后1,2周的WHOQOL-100量表评分、Zung量表评估结果和对护理各个方面的满意度。结果：观察组患者干预后1,2周WHOQOL-100量表、Zung量表评估结果、对护理各个方面的满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：床边工作制在改善普外科手术患者围术期综合生活质量中发挥着积极的作用,且可显著提升患者的护理满意度。
목적：：탐토상변공작제재제고보외과수술환자위술기종합생활질량급만의도중적응용효과。방법：선취2013년1월~2014년2월보외과수술환자120례,장기수궤등분위대조조화관찰조,대조조채용상규호리,관찰조채용상변공작제,비교량조환자간예전화간예후1,2주적WHOQOL-100량표평분、Zung량표평고결과화대호리각개방면적만의도。결과：관찰조환자간예후1,2주WHOQOL-100량표、Zung량표평고결과、대호리각개방면적만의도균우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론：상변공작제재개선보외과수술환자위술기종합생활질량중발휘착적겁적작용,차가현저제승환자적호리만의도。
Objective:To analyze and study the application effect of bedside work system in improving the comprehensive life quality and satisfaction degree of operative patients in department of general surgery during the perioperative period. Methods:120 operative patients from January 2013 to February 2014 were randomly divided into control group ( routine nursing group) and observation group( bedside work system group) . Then the evaluation results of WHO-QOL-100 score,Zung score and total satisfaction rates for various nursing items of two groups before the intervention and at first and second week after the intervention were analyzed and compared. Results:The WHOQOL-100 score and Zung score evaluation results of observation group at first and second week after the intervention were significantly better than those of control group,the total satisfaction rates for various nursing items were respectively higher than those of control group,all P<0. 05,there were all significant differences. Conclusion:The bedside work system plays an active role in improving the compre-hensive life quality of operative patients in department of general surgery during the perioperative period,and it also can significantly improve the satisfaction deree of patients for the nursing.
