目的：观察果冻式冰袋冷敷在四肢骨折患者的早期应用效果。方法将80例骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各40例。两组患者均按医嘱冷敷24 h。观察组根据伤肢周径选用合适弧度的果冻式冰袋冷敷，对照组使用酒精式冰袋冷敷。观察两组患者冷敷后2h、3h、12h、24h的疼痛和肿胀等情况。结果观察组冷敷后3h、12h、24h的疼痛减轻程度明显优于对照组；冷敷后3h、12h、24 h观察组患者的肿胀减轻度也明显优于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论果冻式冰袋冷敷对四肢骨折患者减轻疼痛、肿胀效果优于酒精式冰袋。
목적：관찰과동식빙대랭부재사지골절환자적조기응용효과。방법장80례골절환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조각40례。량조환자균안의촉랭부24 h。관찰조근거상지주경선용합괄호도적과동식빙대랭부，대조조사용주정식빙대랭부。관찰량조환자랭부후2h、3h、12h、24h적동통화종창등정황。결과관찰조랭부후3h、12h、24h적동통감경정도명현우우대조조；랭부후3h、12h、24 h관찰조환자적종창감경도야명현우우대조조，량조비교차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론과동식빙대랭부대사지골절환자감경동통、종창효과우우주정식빙대。
Objective To explore the effect of early application of a cold compress to patients with limb fractures with jelly ice bags. Methods 80 patients with limb fractures were randomly divided into two groups, every group has 40 cases. All of them accept cold com-presses according to doctors' advice for 24 hours. A cold compress to the traditional group with alcohol ice bags while to the compara-tive with jelly ones of appropriate radian in accordance with injured extremity circumferences to observe pain and swell conditions after2 ,3,12 and 24 hours respectively. Results The effects in the comparative group being significantly better than those in the traditional group(P<0.05) in pain relief after 3,12 and 24 hours and in swell relief after3, 12 and 24 hours( P<0.05). Conclusion A cold compress with jelly ice bags to patients with limb fractures being superior to with alcohol ones in pain control and swell relief.
