随着房地产行业的迅速发展，物业行业正像雨后春笋般茁壮成长。虽然我国的物业行业仍处于初级发展阶段，但因其拥有广阔的发展空间，已受到社会各界越来越多的关注。通过阐述物业管理工作中的各项内容，提出了提升服务质量的办法和措施，以期为我国物业行业的进一步发展提供借鉴。

With the rapid development of the real estate industry, just as the property industry mushroomed thrive. Although China’s property industry is still in its early stage of development, but because has a broad space for development, the community has been more and more attention. This paper describes the work of the various property management contents, methods and measures proposed to enhance the quality of services, in order to provide a reference for the further development of China's property industry.
