As the core of“Construction Contract”entered into, to determine if the contract price was reasonable, and will be on settlement construction process changes, and after completion of the project to provide convenience. In the construction sector in the current contract providers(project developer)dominated on how to find a relatively reasonable method to determine the total cost of the final contract, the cost of which is relatively fair, reasonable flexibility without losing content were discussed.
