以鄂州市含铬渣泥作为主要原料、宜昌页岩为校正原料制备防辐射集料,系统研究原材料的组成、预热制度、温升速率、煅烧制度对防辐射集料性能、矿物组成的影响,成功制备出表观密度高于2.30 g/cm3,抗压强度高于5 MPa,1 h 吸水率低于8%,对0.662 MeV的γ射线线性衰减系数达0.172 cm-1的防辐射集料.
以鄂州市含鉻渣泥作為主要原料、宜昌頁巖為校正原料製備防輻射集料,繫統研究原材料的組成、預熱製度、溫升速率、煅燒製度對防輻射集料性能、礦物組成的影響,成功製備齣錶觀密度高于2.30 g/cm3,抗壓彊度高于5 MPa,1 h 吸水率低于8%,對0.662 MeV的γ射線線性衰減繫數達0.172 cm-1的防輻射集料.

With Chromium slag as main raw material,the shaly of City Yichang as the correction material for the preparation of radiation shielding aggregate,the effect of the composition of raw materials,preheating,temper-ature rise rate,calcination for radiation shielding performance of aggregates and the mineral composition was re-searched.The successful preparation of radiation shielding aggregates whose apparent density was higher than 2.30 g/cm3 ,compressive strength was higher than 5 MPa,bibulous rate for 1 h was lower than 8%,and linear attenuation coefficient achieves 0.172 cm-1 by 0.662 MeV gamma-ray was completed.
