随着民办高校的快速发展，民办高校日渐呈现多校区办学，车辆队伍日趋壮大。因此，如何进一步加快民办高校车队管理发展步伐，利用信息化技术进一步做好车辆管理和调度工作，实现车队管理的信息化、合理化和制度化，在确保安全运行的前提下，加强车队管理具有重要意义。本文从民办高校车辆使用现状和发展方向思考，对车队管理改革提出明确思路。
